此项服务有什么意义？


为思科精睿产品提供一种硬件保修服务流程，从而改善代理商/终端用户更换产品的时间。而目前用户向原销售点代理商退还问题产品，并在柜台更换的这一服务流程适用于购买90天之内的产品。

此项服务对现在的程序有什么影响？


没有影响-此项服务旨在为那些购买思科精睿产品90天之后发现问题的终端用户提供服务。

购买后90天之后的退换服务




终端用户新服务重要提示



精睿产品支持中心将检查有故障的产品，然后决定是否有必要更换硬件。
代理商/终端用户将被告知故障件返还地址，并有责任将有故障的产品部分寄回至思科的国内返修服务库房。
收到和登记最终用户问题产品后，思科精睿产品返厂（RTF）更换品从国内仓库于当日寄出。
思科承担保修内产品更换费用，代理商/终端用户承担运送故障件至国内返修服务库房的成本。
